Mike Levy has joined us as volunteer Schools Worker based within Castle School four mornings a week. Mike’s roles and duties are many and varied! He coordinates the mentoring service at Castle School, whilst still mentoring young people himself, He organises and delivers small group work, provides a break time ‘safe space place’, Meets and greets students at the beginning of the day and picks up anything else that may come his way. Mikes already a familiar face with staff and students within School as previously worked as youth pastor for TBC, Now retired from this role he has generously gifted his time to PHASE.
Marie Isles has taken on the role as Operations Manager – This is a new role for Phase, overseeing of all the services and projects Phase runs and making phase sustainable for future. Marie says “ Ally has done an incredible job of establishing Phases foundations within our local community, I hope I can build on these in order to grow and sustain PHASE so it can deliver services that meet the needs of the young people in our community.”
